Ways to Stay

Come home to yourself.

Meet your host

Margaret’s place is cared for by Amanda Rose Fetterly—a Director of Design at Adobe.

Her work sits at the intersection of technology, design, and human expression—and it's precisely that vantage point that drew her to become a steward of this offering. Margaret’s Place is her answer to something she keeps coming back to: that the most generative thing a person can do is step offline, get quiet, and let the land do its work.

The space is available to artists, leaders, and technologists; it is a potent place for hosting change-makers who are envisioning what’s next.

Origin Story

Margaret’s Place sits on the unceded territory of the K'ómoks Nation—land that has held people through every season of life. This property carries a rare lineage: shaped by a pioneering woman who lived here alone for decades, stewarded by the architect who fell in love with its bones, and brought to completion by the neighbours next door who built it with intention and care.

You’re invited to stay–briefly or at length–and become part of its unfolding story.
